Pavel is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) with over 10,000 hours of experience in managing and supporting projects. His creative capabilities coupled with analytical thinking has allowed him to develop multiple cutting-edge innovations in form of lean processes, business systems and support solutions. His expertise lies in Web-based applications, mainly ERP, CMS and collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Google Apps, Windows Live, etc.

During his tenure as VP on Board of Directors, PMI - Puget Sound, he defined and implemented a marketing strategy, leading the organization to becoming the forum for excellence in project management.

As an enthusiastic advocate of the discipline, he is proud of setting up the framework for a PMO in a Fortune 100 company.

In his free time, Pavel enjoys rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking and having fun with his family.
